Salary increase 2025

That time of the year! I recently had a talk with my manager at work, and i’m getting a raise! Most of you know that i no longer work within finance. I gave up quite a big chunk of cash (in regards to salary) in doing so, so i have to rebuild this over the coming years. Know this though: I am much happier now. Switching jobs, heck - switching careers, was the best move for me.

Either way, i will receive a raise of 6.3% of my base salary. Based on performance, and the fact that i am (quite recently) graduated with my Bachelors. This is one of the incentives that the company has, to give newly educated professionals a boost into their career - and also giving them a chance to catch up somewhat with the mor seasoned staff.

Sure thing, i am still quite behind the rest of my department - but this increase makes me happy. Quite satisfied with this. I will continue to deliver as best as i can, participating in projects, spreading good vibes and learning more.
